Background
Kure Consultants (Kure and Associates) originated during the advent of the Quality Movement in the 90s, deploying TQM principles and certifying organsations to the ISO 9001 Quality Management Standard.
Improving and optimising processes through technological advances, a natural progression was six sigma qualification and driving projects (green/black belt) resulting in exceptional cost and time efficiency savings.
In evaluating the lagging and lacking systems leadership concepts and maturity levels within the resources/project management sectors, compared to the manufacturing industry, systems, process and improvement capabilities were effectively transfered to major capital project study phases and project leadership execution planning deliverables.
Additionally, recognising a distinct market gap for effective platforms to implement, manage and track major project and enterprise systems, processes and improvement, we have designed, programmed, built and delivered value-add and economically efficient online/mobile device business solution eApplications for:
- eDocument - version control and retrieval of all internal/ external documents and records
- eAudit - process and project online compliance
- eEvent - identify, investigate and track all system and process activity events
- eSafety - record track and stratify cause type/location of all safety incidents
